Thank you for shopping with On a Wall Near You. We’re passionate about getting beautiful wall art into your home as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse in the UK. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. UK Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for customers within the United Kingdom:

 

Standard Delivery

       Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

       Tracked service via Royal Mail or equivalent courier

 

Express Delivery

       Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

       Fully tracked and signed-for service

       Flat rate of £9.99

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and bank holidays.

 

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International orders are sent via a tracked courier service. Estimated delivery times and rates vary by destination:

 

Europe

       Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

       Flat rate of £12.99

 

USA & Canada

       Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

       Flat rate of £14.99

 

Rest of World

       Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days

       Flat rate of £16.99

 

All international shipments are tracked. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your delivery.

 

4. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not able to predict what, if any, charges may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure.

 

5. Packaging

We take great care in packaging all wall art to ensure it arrives safely. Prints are shipped flat in rigid board-backed envelopes or rolled in protective tubes, depending on size. Framed pieces are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in double-walled boxes.

We use eco-friendly packaging materials and recycle wherever possible.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

       Your order number

       A description of the damage

       Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

 

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days before getting in touch, as delays can occasionally occur with postal services. If your order is significantly overdue, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

 

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address being provided. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at
